Or So Help Me:

I have an impromptu interview this morning with the vice principal of a school here in town, to see if I can substitute teach or work as a classroom aid.  I’m nervous.  More that the others because this would mean I’d get to work with kids and I’ve been thinking about getting a Master’s in Early Childhood Education, so this would be an important job to add to my resume and I’d really really REALLY REALLY enjoy it.  Okay, so, I’m all done up, trying to remain calm, and get myself collected.
I just can’t get too worked up, or I’ll blow it.  So I’m thinking easy, I’ll rock this interview just like the others.  I have this down pat.

And when I get home, Ryan will be there since he has today off, and we can get me a new book or rent a movie or something.  I am glad I have that to look forward to.

I'm 26. Lost and in transition. I don't have the answers, just thoughts.
